| Why you need to add us to your address book or safe senders list. |
| From 2007 the majority of ISP’s will enforce some sort of image and link suppression to reduce Spam volume and protect email users against Phishing. To ensure that you receive PC Upgraders emails with images and links enabled we ask that you add mail.upgrade.co.uk to your address book or safe list.
Details on how to go about adding our domain address to the safe list or address book for a selection of ISP's can be found below: |
Yahoo
Open the email from your 'Bulk Folder'
Select the 'Not Spam' button
MSN/Hotmail
Select 'Options'
Select 'Safe list'
Add the domain address mail.upgrade.co.uk to your safe list
Select OK
AOL
Go to Keyword Mail Controls
Click Customise Mail Controls for this Screen Name
For AOL version 8.0: Select 'Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains. Continue to select 'Next' and finally 'Save'.
Outlook and Outlook Express
Right click (Control-Click) on the message in your inbox
Select the option 'Junk Email' and then 'Add Sender to Safe Senders List'
Netscape Mail
Open the email
Select 'File' from the menu and choose 'Add to Address Book'
Eudora
Select/Highlight the message
Select 'Special' from the menu and choose 'Make Address Book Entry'
